The Rumson Education Foundation will once again host
“Rumson a la Carte---A Gourmet Kitchen Tour” Thursday, May 13, 2010.
This year, the tour will feature nine incredible Rumson kitchens, each unique in its’ own right. Each home will feature tablescapes by local designers, floral arrangements created by talented floral designers, and, in some cases, delicacies prepared by local chefs and caterers. The tour hours are 9:30 to 2:30. Children are not permitted. Tickets are $45.00 for advance sales and seniors, $50.00 on the day of the tour. Proceeds benefit the Rumson Elementary Schools. A limited number of tickets will be available.

Recipe for Disaster: "Don't serve something you've never made before. I tried to branch out and make roasted red pepper soup once, but I put too many peppers in the blender and the lid flew off. People were walking through the door and I was wiping soup off the walls."
